the haze is so not fucking funny, alright?
everytime i get out of office or the house; i get a sorethroat. Immediately.
i'm having a constant headache and my sinus is fucking up again. this is so not funny.
i'm getting an m.c. tomorrow. fuck work.
urgh.
ps: why isn't anybody doing anything about the haze? Bloody shit.

Yup, I agree with Shadowfow. Fisherman's Friend helps. Get one of those paper masks , might help a bit. Maybe you can try holding your breath on the way back .. :P
Just remembered. There is a blue Strepsils , Strepsil Plus i believe ... it has some local anesthesia in it so it can totally numb your throat if you cough a lot. Might work better than fishermans friend.

actually my problem is my sinusitis. nose block; can't sleep at night; migraine.. i'm not coughing that bad.
